Service Work & Routine Maintenance
If you are having a problem with your heating or cooling equipment, give us a call and we will coordinate with our technicians to have someone out as soon as we possibly can*. We can also do routine maintenance on your equipment! If you need a cleaning, we can schedule you an appointment during our business hours. If you are having a plumbing or electrical issue, you may contact us with the details of your situation and if it isn't something we particularly deal with, then we will point you in the right direction.
*Rates for after hour and weekend calls are higher than our regular rates; please inquire for more information.
If you are looking for an estimate on new equipment, insulation, electrical work, or plumbing work, please contact us to set up a time for our estimator to come take a look. Estimates are free, and you can talk directly to our estimator to find the best solution for your situation. We are also a participating contractor of the NYSERDA programs, which can help assist low-income households (owners and renters) in paying for energy efficiency upgrades. Home Energy Assessments
Do you have high electric bills or heating costs? We can help you change that with a home energy assessment. Depending on your income, you may even be eligible for a free one! An energy assessment gives you the chance to see what you can do to make your home more energy efficient. You can sign up for one online by clicking here; just be sure to choose our company so that we get the notification of your approval! These assessments play a major role in the energy efficiency of New York State as a whole.
Once your assessment is completed, a report will be compiled back in our office and sent to you. Once you receive your report, you can review it to find out what the recommendations are to increase your energy efficiency. If you decide to move forward with the work, you can contact us to discuss your decision and possible payment options. After you sign your contract and the work is officially approved, your project will be added to the schedule. Once your receive your energy improvements, you might be surprised at how much money you're saving. Sometimes the smallest things make the biggest difference!
